AMIT

AMIT is FITNESS COACH after 3 years of research and  experimented in bodybuilding and strength & conditioning.

This is an opportunity for you to set yourself a goal and drive yourself towards achieving it, under the guidance of my very own training principles and methods.

When purchasing my training programs, you will be directed to a page on the website to fill in a detailed questionnaire. This allows me to gain an understanding of your goals and what areas you want to improve on most. From there I will customize your program(s), catered to your body and lifestyle needs.

My Training principles are deeply routed within these programs and are explained in great detail on the front page of your program allowing you to gain an understanding of the mindset needed to make changes occur.

Every workout program includes the intended number of Reps, Sets and Rest Periods as well as detailed explanations on how to perform every exercise. In your program you will receive a Weekly workout split which is carefully planned to ensure you don’t over train muscle groups.
