When purchasing my training programs, you will be directed to a page on the website to fill in a detailed questionnaire. This allows me to gain an understanding of your goals and what areas you want to improve on most. From there I will customize your program(s), catered to your body and lifestyle needs.
Every workout program includes the intended number of Reps, Sets and Rest Periods as well as detailed explanations on how to perform every exercise. My Training principles are deeply routed within these programs and are explained in great detail on the front page of your program allowing you to gain an understanding of the mindset needed to make changes occur. In your program you will receive a Weekly workout split which is carefully planned to ensure you don’t over train muscle groups.
Calories and Macros! Let me calculate them for you! Nutrition is equally important to training, and without the proper dietary intake, you could be wasting away all that hard work in the gym. My tailored diet plans offer great tasting meals with various food options to choose from. Nutrient timing and supplementation advice is all-inclusive, as well as detailed instructions on how to prepare your meals.
